We would be delighted to have you with us for what promises to be a truly meaningful and memorable event.
The evening will begin with the Lexus of Wellington Cocktail Reception, followed by a three-course seated dinner with a curated wine selection generously provided by Spy Valley (beer and spirits will be available for purchase). Guests will also enjoy live and virtual auctions featuring exclusive items contributed by members of the Scots community, in support of the Scots College Foundation, and hear an update on the Classroom and Turf Project, the College’s next major initiative to enhance its learning and sporting environments.
This year's theme, Foundations for the Future, celebrates the importance of long-term investment in young people through education, scholarships, and the learning and sporting environments that enable students to thrive. Guests will hear from College leaders and students, and we are honoured to welcome our keynote speaker, John Allen, Chief Ombudsman of New Zealand.
Appointed by the Governor-General in March 2025, John brings an exceptional record of public service and leadership. Prior to his appointment, he served as Chief Executive of the Wellington Regional Economic Development Agency (WellingtonNZ) and Chancellor at Te Herenga Waka — Victoria University Wellington. His distinguished career has also included roles as Chief Executive of New Zealand Post, Chief Executive and Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Chief Executive of the New Zealand Racing Board, and Visiting Lecturer in Law at Victoria University of Wellington.
Tickets are $165 per person, or $1,500 for a table of 10.
